Directly Observed Treatment short-course (DOTs) for TB

Welcome to SPARSHA Nepal, where we are committed to combating tuberculosis (TB) through the Directly Observed Treatment short-course (DOTS) strategy, endorsed by WHO. Our TB services focus on prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and patient support, especially for high-risk communities. We work closely with local stakeholders to raise TB awareness, improve detection with tools like GeneXpert, and support patients with nutritional and psychosocial aid to enhance treatment adherence. Our mission includes addressing the social determinants of TB, strengthening healthcare infrastructure, reducing stigma, and fostering partnerships to create a unified, impactful approach to TB control, aiming for a TB-free Nepal by 2030.

By leveraging the power of community involvement and collaboration, we are working towards a TB-free future for Nepal. Join us in our efforts to make a lasting impact on public health and well-being through the implementation of DOTs. Together, we can overcome the challenges of TB and ensure a healthier tomorrow for all.
