The Community Based Liver Health Initiative Project supported by the CDA Foundation through the ALLIES initiative implemented in Nepal by SPARSHA Nepal aims to improve awareness and understanding of Hepatitis B and C and liver health among affected and high-risk communities. Through 15 trained Liver Health Champions and coordination with 10 hepatitis C treatment centers, healthcare providers, community organizations and relevant stakeholders the project will focus on empowering patients, reduce stigma, encourage timely access to care and promote patient-centered liver health services across Nepal.
