The Sanjeevani TB Project implemented by SPARSHA Nepal with support from CARE Nepal / GSK aims to strengthen TB service delivery, community engagement through community led TB advocacy and peer support. The project area based in Rautahat district aims to strengthen local health governance with local government engagement for TB planning along with risk-informed and climate-resilient TB response.
